Tahini and Carob Molasses Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/2 cup carob molasses

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (Avocado Oil or Olive Oil)

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

    Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180'C

  • Mix dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients.

and mix them together to form a dough.

The dough should be soft and not sticky.

. Roll the dough into small balls, depending on the

size of the cookie you want.

. Flatten the ball out and dip one side in sesame

seeds

. Bake for 10-12 mins

. Once you remove them they will be soft, wait for 10 minutes to cool down & harden then transfer them from the baking tray.
