Regular (refined) olive oil is processed using heat or chemicals, which strips flavor and nutrients. EVOO is cold-pressed and unrefined, retaining antioxidants and healthy fats.

2-How should olive oil be stored?

Keep it in a cool, dark place, away from heat and light. Use a dark glass bottle or stainless-steel container. Once opened, try to use within 2–3 months for best flavor.

3-What is the origin of our olive oil?

Our olive oil comes from olives grown in a region called “Koura” located in Lebanon.
